Multan: Muslim Group of Schools & Colleges Multan organized a series of competitions as part of the Independence Day celebrations, with students participating enthusiastically and showcasing their diverse talents.
The activities, organized to mark Pakistan’s Independence Day on August 14, included speech, letter-writing, sketching, and national song competitions. Students demonstrated their creativity and abilities and secured top positions in various categories.
In the speech competition, Muhammad Adil Khan secured first position with 42 out of 60 marks. Ibrahim Majid stood second with 41 marks, while the student Abu Bakar Azeem securing third position obtained 40 marks.
In the letter-writing competition, Muhammad Waleed secured first position with 8 out of 10 marks. Abdul Wahid stood second with 7.5 marks, while Muhammad Yousaf secured third position with 7 marks.
In the sketching competition, Hassan Askari won first position with 17 out of 20 marks. Moeez Iftikhar secured second position with 16 marks, while Ali Hassan stood third with 15 marks.
In the national song competition, Ali Hassan secured first position with 15 out of 30 marks. Suliman Arshad stood second with 14 marks, while the student Faseeh Mushtaq securing third position obtained 12 marks.
The Independence Day activities at Muslim Group of Schools & Colleges Multan aimed to promote patriotism among students while providing them with opportunities to enhance their creative, literary, artistic, and public-speaking skills through positive and healthy activities.
The enthusiastic participation of students highlighted the important role educational institutions play in fostering national awareness, patriotism, confidence, and creativity among the younger generation.
